This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through the enquiry form on this website. It covers this website only.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:
- your company name and country or region
- the name and business email of the contact person
- a phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide one
- the product, application and estimated quantity you selected
- the message you write
- the date and time of submission
We collect nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry.
We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside our company except where we are legally required to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on a server we operate ourselves, located in Japan. We do not use a third-party CRM, marketing platform or mailing list provider.
Where personal data is transferred from the EU or EEA to that location, we rely on the safeguards provided by the applicable data protection framework.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to handle the commercial relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed — at the latest three years after the last contact.
Who can see it
Only the staff who need it to answer your enquiry. Access requires a named account with a password; there is no shared or public access to the enquiry records.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
